Bali Language Services (BLS) is a professional language education institution based in Bali, Indonesia, operating under the management of CV. Cipta Cendekia Abadi. Founded on June 1st, 2014, BLS was established with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, structured, and results-focused language programs for learners from around the world.

Our programs are designed for serious learners who value professional teaching, clear methodology, and a supportive environment. Each course follows a structured curriculum emphasizing practical communication, cultural understanding, and steady skill development.

As an institution, BLS is officially registered with the Indonesian Agency for Language Development and Cultivation, ensuring that our teaching standards and academic framework comply with national guidelines. Furthermore, our Indonesian language instructors are certified through UKBI (Uji Kemahiran Berbahasa Indonesia); the official Indonesian proficiency test issued by the Indonesian government. This certification strengthens our credibility and guarantees high-quality BIPA instruction.

Our teaching team consists of experienced, professionally trained educators with strong academic backgrounds in linguistics, translation, and language teaching. Beyond the classroom, we enrich the learning process with cultural activities, giving students deeper exposure to Balinese and Indonesian traditions.

With over a decade of experience in language education, Dian is the Founder, Academic Director, and Lead Translator of Bali Language Services. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature and a Master’s degree in Translation Studies from Udayana University, and is a TEFL-certified, professionally trained language teacher. At BLS, Dian designs the curriculum and prepares all core learning materials, ensuring every program meets high academic standards. She also manages translation and writing projects for local and international clients. As an active member of APBIPA Bali, she is committed to ongoing professional development and excellence in teaching. Dedicated and learner-focused, Dian helps students not only learn the language but use it confidently and effectively.

Pewe is the Co-Founder, Course Manager, and Culture Program Manager at Bali Language Services, with teaching experience since 2014 and a warm, student-focused approach. A native Balinese educator, he is known for his dedication, patience, and friendly teaching style that helps learners feel confident from the start. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Language & Literature from Udayana University and is officially certified as a qualified user of both Indonesian and English, supported by an excellent Indonesian Proficiency Test score from Balai Bahasa Indonesia. As Culture Program Manager, Pewe curates and leads Balinese cultural activities, ensuring students experience both the language and the richness of local heritage. Outside teaching, he is passionate about culinary arts and visual creativity, including illustration, graphic design, hand-drawing, and painting.

Driven by passion and a spirit of exploration, Anas moved to Bali to broaden her horizons—and now brings that same dedication to Bali Language Services. Disciplined, persistent, and highly punctual, she excelled academically and won several English competitions during her university years. Originally from Sumba, Anas grew up in an international learning environment where regular interaction with foreign teachers shaped her confidence, cultural awareness, and strong communication skills. A graduate of the University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi in Malang, she now teaches Bahasa Indonesia and English at BLS, guiding learners of all ages with her warm, patient, and clear teaching style. Committed to student success, Anas helps every learner build real communication skills and confidence.
